TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. SUBJECT: These general terms and conditions govern the sale of PARTICIPATION TITLES for the cultural, educational and sporting event called AFRO LATIN VILLAGE, organized by DRUSTVO PRVI KORAK.
2. SUBJECTS OF THE CONTRACT: DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK which hereinafter will be appointed ORGANIZER with registered office Hrvatini 61, 6280 Ankaran Slovenia. PARTICIPANT person making the purchase and / or the person for whom a PARTICIPATION TITLE is purchased. The purchase can be done privately or electronically through the website www.afrolatinvillage.it and www.afrolatinvillage.com.
3. CONTRACT: It is the agreement accepted and established between BUYER / PARTICIPANT and ORGANIZER, governed by these General Contract Conditions and by applicable laws where provided.
4. PARTICIPATION TITLE: The Participation Title is strictly linked to the name with which registration is requested, in fact it is not necessarily linked to the purchaser. In cases where the organizer voluntarily or involuntarily does not issue any PARTICIPATION TITLE, the payment receipt, which must be of the same amount as the requested and registered service, will prevail as its substitute. In order to guarantee the regular booking process, the participant has the right to request via email the guarantee that the booking was successful and that it corresponds to the TITLE REQUESTED. THE PARTICIPATION TITLE can be issued in digital format also through a simple email that legitimizes the holder to access the spaces of the event. The PARTICIPATION TITLE is nominative and non-transferable / assignable and is valid only if paid within the established terms of 3 days from the date of registration. The PARTICIPATION TITLE must always be accompanied by an identity document, a payment receipt and an email confirming registration. In cases where the payment phase does not correspond to the established rules (Payment within 3 days of registration) the organization reserves the right to apply any supplements or cancel their validity without any right of reimbursement and communication towards the applicant except for the single fee paid. The PARTICIPATION TITLE sold and associated with a name cannot be resold or transferred for consideration or free of charge and cannot be subject to intermediation, unless authorized by the organization. The participant exempts the organization from any responsibility, on any purchase made to any promoters even if authorized, the promoter must be a trusted person. The purchase from trusted promoters, even if authorized, is always at the risk of the participant who purchases it and pays the participation fee to the promoter. In cases where the fees do not reach the organizer, the participant may be obliged to leave the venue of the event. The same treatment may be applied to participants who use participation certificates that have been lost, stolen, duplicated or obtained in contrast with the regular participation authorizations and these general terms and conditions. Drustvo Prvi Korak has the right, at the request of the authorities responsible for the protection of public order and safety, to cancel a PARTICIPATION TITLE at any time for technical and / or organizational reasons. Where such problems arise without any fault on the part of the Customer, the same has the right, in the event of cancellation of the participation ticket, to reimbursement only of the cost of the Participation Security paid to Drustvo Pri Korak (with the exclusion of any other request).
5. IDENTITY DOCUMENT: It is the document with which the participant, upon his arrival, must prove his identity corresponding to the PARTICIPATION TITLE, the same must contain an identification photo and be valid.
6. MARKETING: THE PARTICIPATION TITLE can be purchased through the sales channels operated by DRUSTVO PRVI KORAK.
7. PROMOTERS: Through PROMOTERS you can receive discounts and promotions, or make a reservation or purchase under your own responsibility. The participant accepts the condition immediately, exonerating the organizer from any liability relating to payments made to the Promoters for the purpose of purchasing ENTRY TITLES even if authorized by the organization. The organization is liable only for payments received directly on its bank and payment means in the name of the organization. The authorized PROMOTERS have the task of providing potential participants with the correct information to complete the purchase which can be made by bank transfer or credit card, in the name of the organizer. It will be possible to make direct purchases from AUTHORIZED PROMOTERS only under their own responsibility. In cases where the PROMOTER will not pay the due fees to the organizer, THE PARTICIPATION TITLE may be canceled with the consequent removal of the PARTICIPANT from the event premises. The same treatment may be applied to participants who use participation certificates that have been lost, stolen, duplicated or obtained in contrast with the regular participation authorizations and these general terms and conditions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RIGHTS: Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK assumes no responsibility for costs and damages, direct or indirect, of any nature, suffered by the Customer in relation to the sale of SECURITIES PARTICIPATION. DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK also reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any function or service rendered by the same in relation to the sale of the PARTICIPATION SECURITIES, where this is necessary or appropriate for technical and / or organizational reasons.
9. MANAGEMENT EXPENSES REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: All cases of reimbursement without any exclusion will be subject to the deduction of management costs which can vary from a minimum of € 10 to a maximum of € 55 based on the total value of the service booked.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY: Attention, the policy is adopted regardless of the date or time in which a PARTICIPATION TITLE or a SERVICE is requested and booked. 9.1) Cancellations received within 75 days from the date of the event, a refund of 50% of the amount paid is provided. 9.2) Cancellations received within 60 days from the date of the event, a refund of 25% of the amount paid is provided. 9.3) Cancellations received within 45 days from the date of the event, a refund of 0% of the amount paid is provided. 9.4) Cancellations received more than 45 days from the date of the event, a refund of 0% of the amount paid is provided, in addition, the participant is obliged to pay the full amount of the booked service. The organizer has the right to take into consideration any cancellation on a case-by-case basis and establish conditions other than those established in this contract.
11. WAIVER: There is no reimbursement by the organizer, neither of the price of the PARTICIPATION TICKETS nor of any service fees, in the event of the customer’s renunciation of access to the event. In the case of electronic sales, the right to withdraw pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Code is excluded.
12. NAME CHANGE: The names of the PARTICIPANTS can be changed up to a maximum of 30 days before the start date of the booked event. The name change requires a supplement of € 10 + any update to the current rate of the PARTICIPATION TITLE. In any case, the organization reserves the right to evaluate its feasibility and establish the conditions.
13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The right of withdrawal of 14 days applies provided that the PARTICIPATION RATE has been purchased and fully paid at least 90 days before the date of the event. In different cases, the organization has the right to establish the conditions based on the proven reasons given by the holder of the PARTICIPATION TITLE. Even if applied in an adapted manner, in the case of electronic sales, the right to withdraw pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Code is excluded.
14. PROGRAM MODIFICATION: In the event of changes in the programming, in the timetable of the event or in the event that the performances of one or more artists are canceled without this causing the cancellation of the event as a whole, the holder of the PARTICIPATION TITLE will not have right to any refund, either partial or full. The organization reserves the right to exchange and / or eliminate artists from initial training without any consequences and penalties. This does not imply the customer’s right to cancel tickets or request changes and / or compensation. DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK is not responsible for any cancellations of advertised artists.
15. EVENT CANCELLATION WITHOUT REASON: In the event that the event is canceled without any reason. The holder of the PARTICIPATION TITLE may request to be reimbursed according to the indications that will be made known by the organization. Only the price of the PARTICIPATION TITLE minus all the expenses necessary for the reimbursement will be subject to reimbursement. (The deduction can vary from € 10 to € 55 depending on the value of the service booked). In the event that the organization makes use of the right not to refund the pre-sale right included in the price of the PARTICIPATION TITLE, the amount not reimbursed as it relates to this right will not in any case exceed more than 12% of the total price of the ticket. TITLE OF PARTICIPATION. DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK will arrange the reimbursement operations, to the extent within the timing and in the manner established by the same. Unless otherwise indicated by the organizer, the shipping costs for sending the refund request will be borne by the HOLDER of the PARTICIPATION TITLE if required. The organization is solely responsible for the reimbursement of the ENTRY TITLE if paid in full, exempting itself from any other costs or expenses incurred by the holder of the ENTRY TITLE.
16. EVENT CANCELLATION CAUSE FORCE MAJEURE: In case of force majeure or, in any case, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the date and location of the event can be changed and transferred or possibly the event can be completely suspended. In the case of transfer of the date and eventual location, the organization reserves the right to freeze the reservation and the fee paid for up to a maximum of 120 days and if unused it will refund in the manner and conditions indicated in the refund request phase as per regulation. In any case, where a refund is expected, the organization is responsible for the PARTICIPATION TITLE only. In cases where an additional service is requested, such as a room in Hotels, it will be the responsibility of the organization to contact the hotel and request a refund of the additional services on behalf of the participant. The organizer is deemed immediately exonerated from any responsibility regarding the final decisions and cancellation conditions established by the partners such as Hotels, Artists, Suppliers, etc., referring to the general conditions established by each individual partner which will be made known to the participant under prior requests. to purchase any service or PARTICIPATION TITLE.
17. MOVEMENT OF EVENT DATE CAUSE FORCE MAJEURE: In case of force majeure or, in any case, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the date of the event may be changed or in some cases the Event may be completely suspended. Participants exempt the organizer from liability for any direct and indirect damages of any kind, which the participant has suffered due to the cancellation or change of dates of the event, which they renounce as of now. The sum paid will be frozen and used for the next edition of the event which must take place within 120 days, date on which the freezing expires and the sums paid must be returned upon request by the holder of the PARTICIPATION TITLE by making a request at the links indicated by the organizer. For the most loyal who require a VOUCHER and not the ROMBORSO, the organizer will provide an additional benefit to the amount paid, the benefit will be established and indicated during the refund request.
18. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF COMMON NON-SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA and PERSONAL IMAGE: The participant, for all purposes of law and regulation, and in particular pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, declares to have read the the above information, provided by DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK, and to lend your free, aware, informed, specific and unconditional consent to the processing of the data carried out and to the communication of the data to the categories of subjects indicated above. He also authorizes the use of his personal image in photographs or films made on the occasion of the demonstration and social events. The photos and videos made during the event will be used only for the promotion of the festival. Participants consent to the use and publication of their photos and videos without any compensation and no claims. The organization undertakes to publish only non-offensive photos.
19. REFUNDS: All reimbursements of the fees paid will incur a cost for administrative expenses from € 10 to € 55 based on the value of the file.
20. BRACELET: When accessing the premises used for the event, the organizer will replace the PARTICIPATION TITLE with an identifier such as a BRACELET. The same must be kept on the wrist for the duration of the event. The bracelet will be used to identify the person who has already been registered, without necessarily checking her identity for every access to the premises of the event. Thanks to the IDENTIFICATION BRACELET, the participant can enter and leave the premises of the event showing it to the control staff. In case of loss of the IDENTIFICATION BRACELET, the participant may be obliged by the organizer to leave the location of the event or to request payment of the value of the PARTICIPATION TITLE. The same treatment may be applied to participants who use PARTICIPATION SECURITIES and / or IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS that have been lost, stolen, duplicated or obtained in contrast with the regular participation authorizations and these general contract conditions. To avoid being removed from the venue of the event or having to pay its full value again, in case of breakage of the IDENTIFICATION BRACELET, it is important to bring it back to the registration point of the event and have it replaced. To replace the IDENTIFICATION BRACELET, it will be necessary to present an identity document, the payment receipt and an email certifying the actual registration for the event (PARTICIPATION TITLE). The organizer will not replace the ENTRY TITLE and / or IDENTIFICATION BRACELET in the event that it is lost by another person, lost, deteriorated, damaged or destroyed or if it has been stolen, cut or even partially illegible.
21. ACCESS POLICY: Respect the entrance policy and wear the bracelet for the entire time of the event. Participants without bracelets will be accompanied outside the premises of the event. The organizer, through its control bodies, reserves the right to check the validity of each participant’s bracelet at any time and to accompany participants suspected of having abused the rules of access to the event area outside the premises of the event.
22. COVID-19 CONDITION: Access to the event will be possible only if the holder of the PARTICIPATION TITLE is in possession of the requisites required by the competent authorities and in compliance with the current anti covid-19 regulations that are current at the time of the event such as for example the condition (Vaccinated and / or Tested) (PCT). Participants exonerate the organizer from liability for any direct and indirect damages of any kind, which the participant has suffered due to the inability to access the premises of the event, from which they renounce as of now to ask for damages.
23. GENERAL: Even in the event that any of the rules referred to in these general terms and conditions are inapplicable, the others will continue to have full effect. The Contract is subject to Slovenian law. The place of residence of the Drustvo Pri Korak organization in Koper Slovenia will be deemed competent to decide any and all disputes arising or in any case connected with the Contract and these General Terms and Conditions of Contract. These general terms and conditions, the various rules indicated in the various stages of the electronic sales process, when applicable, and the warnings on any means of communication or on the PARTICIPATION TITLE constitute the entire contractual agreement between the Participant and Drustvo Pri Korak.
24. PARTICIPATION FEES: The participation fees correspond to the cost of the chosen service and the fee paid by the participant. The participation fees are subject to variations, increases and discounts during the entire period prior to the event.
25. PURCHASE PHASE: The purchase phase is the moment in which the potential participant verifies the costs, conditions and terms of participation in the event, accepting the conditions in its entirety and confirming them upon payment of the participation fee.
26. FREE AND DISCOUNTED TICKETS: Free or discounted tickets are nominal, non-transferable and non-resalable. They must be authorized and registered through the digital systems on the event site or through a direct representative of the organization who certifies the effective registration confirmation. Discounted tickets will not be validated if registered within 24 hours of drawing or issuing the discount. All ENTRY TITLES won through games or prizes cannot be sold or transferred to another person. The winner’s name will be marked in the event list within 24 hours of the prize being awarded or the game will be completed within the day following the draw at the latest. All names received late on the following day will not be validated. Therefore, only the winner can collect his ENTRY TITLE.
27. HOTEL SERVICES: Hotel services are offered and managed by partner agencies or directly by hotel facilities. The terms and conditions of reimbursement are referred to the commercial agreements established by the affiliated structures. The terms can change for any date of the event. The terms and conditions of reimbursement are available at the request of the customer, should he wish to view them before any purchase. The participant, for all purposes of law and regulation, and in particular pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, declares to have read the above information, provided by DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK, and to provide own free, aware, informed, specific and unconditional consent to the processing of data carried out and to the communication of the data to the categories of subjects indicated above. With the payment, the participant immediately accepts all the conditions and refund clauses without expecting anything after the purchase.
28. REGISTRATION AND TICKETS: Online sales through promoters ends 7 working days prior to the event. After this date, cancellations or other changes will no longer be possible. After that date there will be no exceptions as all registrations will be being processed. The only way to get a season ticket or a ticket after this date is to do so at the entrance to the event.
29. PAYMENT OF THE PARTICIPATION TITLE: All online registrations must be paid by bank transfer or credit card to the organization or promoter within 3 days of registration. If the promoter does not confirm the payment within 3 days, the registration will be canceled and in case of penalty, the consecutive loss of the promotional price. You can re-register with a valid date according to the terms on the day of booking. In case of payments by bank transfer, please note that the transfer takes at least 2/3 working days.
30. UPGRADE / UPDATE OF THE PARTICIPATION TITLE: The update can be made up to 7 working days before the date of the event by contacting the organizer and / or the promoter. Downgrade is not possible.
31. REGISTRATION DESK: All PARTICIPATION SECURITIES and / or IDENTIFICATION BRACELET purchased must be collected at the desk of the event with a valid identity document with photo.
32. BEHAVIOR AND SAFETY: All festival participants are required to behave in such a way as not to affect the health and safety of others and to adhere to the safety rules and regulations provided at any time by the organization.
33. REFUSAL AND REMOVAL OF THE PARTICIPANT: Anyone carrying prohibited objects such as alcohol, drugs, firearms, weapons, explosives, other dangerous objects and clothing and any other object, thing or behavior that could damage the safety of himself and the other participants. Any person who acts in an offensive, aggressive and provocative way will be invited to leave the premises of the event and handed over to the competent bodies.
34. BUS: all extra services as well as the shuttle service or Pulman are provided by an external partner. The participant immediately exempts the organization for any damage suffered during the use of the service. Even in the event of cancellations, please refer to the general cancellation conditions by the supplier which vary from time to time. But which can be requested by the Participant when purchasing the same.

TERMINI & CONDIZIONI DI PARTECIPAZIONE

1. OGGETTO: Le presenti condizioni generali di contratto disciplinano la vendita dei TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE per l’evento  culturale, formativo e sportivo denomitato AFRO LATIN VILLAGE, organizzata da DRUSTVO PRVI KORAK.
2. SOGGETTI DEL CONTRATTO: DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK che di seguito sarà nominato ORGANIZZATORE con sede legale Hrvatini 61, 6280 Ankaran Slovenia. PARTECIPANTE soggetto che effettua l’acquisto e/o la persona per la quale viene acquistato un TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. L’acquisto può essere fatto in modo privato o per via elettronica attraverso il sito web www.afrolatinvillage.it e www.afrolatinvillage.com.
3. CONTRATTO: E’ l’accordo accettato e instaurato tra AQUIRENTE/PARTECIPANTE e ORGANIZZATORE, governato dalle presenti Condizioni Generali di Contratto e dalle leggi applicabili dove previsto.
4. TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE: Il Titolo di Partecipazione è strettamente legato al nominativo con il quale si richiede la registrazione, infatti lo stesso non è necessariamente legato a chi lo acquista. Nei casi dove l’organizzatore volontariamente o involontariamente non dovesse emettere nessun TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE, farà fede come sostituto dello stesso la ricevuta di pagamento che dovrà essere di pari importo al servizio richiesto e registrato. Al fine di garantire il regolare processo di prenotazione, il partecipante ha diritto di chiederne via email la garanzia che la prenotazione si andata a buon fine e che corrisponda al TITOLO RICHIESTO. IL TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE può essere emesso in formato digitale anche attraverso una semplice email che legittima il detentore all’accesso negli spazi della manifestazione. Il TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE è nominativo e non trasferibile/cedibile ed e’ valido solo se pagato nei termini stabiliti di 3 giorni dalla data della registrazione. Il  TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE deve sempre essere accompagnato da un documento di identità, una ricevuta di pagamento o una mail di conferma di avvenuta registrazione. Nei casi dove la fase di pagamento non corrisponde alle regole stabilite (Pagamento entro 3 giorni dalla registrazione) l’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di applicarne eventuali supplementi o annullarne la validità senza alcun diritto di rimborso e di comunicazione nei confronti del richiedente se non della unica quota versata. Il TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE venduto e associato ad un nominativo non può essere rivenduto ne ceduto ne a titolo oneroso né gratuito e non può essere oggetto di intermediazione, se non autorizzato dall’organizzazione. Il partecipante esonera da ogni responsabilità l’organizzazione, su qualsiasi acquisto fatto da eventuali promotori anche se autorizzati, il promotore deve essere una persona di fiducia. L’acquisto da promotori di fiducia, seppur autorizzati, è sempre a rischio e pericolo del partecipante che lo acquista e che ne versa al promotore la quota di partecipazione. Nei casi dove le quote non pervengano all’organizzatore il partecipante potrà essere obbligato ad abbandonare la location della manifestazione. Lo stesso trattamento potrà essere applicato a partecipanti i quali utilizzino titoli di partecipazione che siano stati perduti, rubati, duplicati o ottenuti in contrasto con le regolari autorizzazioni alla partecipazione e alle presenti condizioni generali di contratto. Drustvo Prvi Korak ha la facoltà, su richiesta delle Autorità preposte alla tutela dell’ordine e della sicurezza pubblica, di annullare per motivi tecnici e/o organizzativi in ogni momento un TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. Laddove insorgano tali problemi senza alcuna colpa a parte del Cliente, lo stesso ha diritto, in caso di annullamento del titolo di partecipazione, al rimborso del solo costo del Titolo di Partecipazione pagato a Drustvo Pri Korak e non di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi o correlati (con esclusione di qualsiasi altra richiesta).
5. DOCUMENTO IDENTITA’: E’ il documento con la quale, il partecipante, al suo arrivo, dovrà dimostrare la sua identità corrispondente al TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE presente nella lista dei partecipanti, lo stesso deve contenere un foto identificativa ed essere in corso di validità.
6. COMMERCIALIZZAZIONE: IL TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE può essere acquistato attraverso i canali di vendita operati da DRUSTVO PRVI KORAK.
7. PROMOTORI: Attraverso i PROMOTORI è possibile ricevere sconti e promozioni, oppure fare una prenotazione o un acquisto sotto la propria completa responsabilità. Il partecipante accetta sin da subito la condizione esonerando l’organizzatore da qualsiasi responsabilità relativa a pagamenti effettuati verso i Promotori al fine di acquisto di TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE anche se  autorizzati dall’organizzazione. L’organizzazione risponde dei soli pagamenti ricevuti direttamente sui propri mezzi bancari e di pagamento intestati all’organizzazione . I PROMOTORI autorizzati hanno il compito di fornire ai potenziali partecipanti le indicazioni corrette per completare l’acquisto che potrà avvenire a mezzo bonifico bancario o carta di credito, intestate all’organizzatore. Sarà possibile effettuare acquisti diretti dai PROMOTORI AUTORIZZATI solo sotto la propria responsabilità. Nei casi dove il PROMOTORE non provvederà a versare all’organizzatore le quote dovute, IL TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE potrebbe essere annullato con la conseguente azione di ALLONTANAMENTO DEL PARTECIPANTE dai locali della manifestazione. Lo stesso trattamento potrà essere applicato a partecipanti i quali utilizzino titoli di partecipazione che siano stati perduti, rubati, duplicati o ottenuti in contrasto con le regolari autorizzazioni alla partecipazione e alle presenti condizioni generali di contratto.
8. LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSABILITA’ E DIRITTI: Salvo il caso di dolo o colpa grave, DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK non si assume alcuna responsabilità per le spese e per i danni, diretti e indiretti, di qualsiasi natura, sofferti dal Cliente in relazione alla vendita di TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE. DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK inoltre si riserva il diritto di ritirare, modificare, sospendere o interrompere qualsivoglia funzione o servizio dalla stessa reso in relazione alla vendita dei TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE, ove ciò sia reso necessario od opportuno per ragioni tecniche e/o organizzative.
9. SPESE DI GESTIONE RIMBORSI E CANCELLAZIONI: Tutti i casi di rimborso senza nessuna esclusione, saranno soggetti alla detrazione delle spese di gestione che possono variare da un minimo di 10€ ad un massimo di 55€ in base al valore totale del servizio prenotato.
10. POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE: Attenzione la politica si adotta indifferentemente dalla data o del momento in cui un TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE o un SERVIZIO viene richiesto e prenotato. 9.1) Disdette pervenute entro i 75 giorni dalla data dell’evento, è previsto un rimborso pari al 50% della quota versata. 9.2) Disdette pervenute entro i 60 giorni dalla data dell’evento, è previsto un rimborso pari al 25% della quota versata. 9.3) Disdette pervenute entro i 45 giorni dalla data dell’evento, è previsto un rimborso pari al 0% della quota versata. 9.4) Disdette pervenute oltre i 45 giorni dalla data dell’evento, è previsto un rimborso pari al 0% della quota versata, inoltre il partecipante è obbligato a saldare la quota completa del servizio prenotato. E’ facoltà dell’organizzatore prendere in considerazione qualsiasi disdetta caso per caso e stabilirne condizioni diverse da quanto stabilito nel presente contratto. 
11. RINUNCIA: Non è previsto il rimborso da parte dell’organizzatore, né del prezzo dei TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE né delle eventuali commissioni di servizio, nel caso di rinuncia da parte del cliente ad accedere all’evento. In caso di vendita per via elettronica, è esclusa la facoltà di recedere ai sensi dell’articolo 55 del Codice del Consumo.
12. CAMBIO NOME: I nomi dei PARTECIPANTI possono essere modificati fino ad un massimo di 30 giorni prima della data di inizio della manifestazione prenotata. Il cambio nome prevede un supplemento di 10€ + eventuale aggiornamento alla tariffa attuale del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. Ad ogni modo l’organizzazione si riserva di valutarne la fattibilità e di stabilirne le condizioni.
13. DIRITTO DI RECESSO: Si applica il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni a patto che il ITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE  sia stato acquistato e completamente pagato almeno 90 giorni prima della data della manifestazione. Nei casi diversi l’organizzazione ha la facoltà di stabilirne le condizioni in base alle comprovate motivazioni da parte del possessore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. Seppure applicata con modalità adattate, in caso di vendita per via elettronica, è esclusa la facoltà di recedere ai sensi dell’articolo 55 del Codice del Consumo.
14. MODIFICA PROGRAMMA: Nel caso si verifichino cambiamenti nella programmazione, nell’orario della manifestazione o nel caso in cui le prestazioni di uno o più artisti vengano cancellate senza che ciò determini la cancellazione della manifestazione nel suo complesso, il portatore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE non avrà diritto ad alcun rimborso, ne parziale ne integrale. L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di scambiare e/o eliminare artisti dalla formazione iniziale senza alcuna conseguenza e penalità. Ciò non implica il diritto del cliente di annullare i biglietti o chiederne modifica e/o risarcimento. DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK non è responsabile di eventuali cancellazioni di artisti pubblicizzati.
15. ANNULLAMENTO EVENTO SENZA MOTIVO: Nel caso in cui la manifestazione venga cancellata senza alcun motivo. Il Portatore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE potrà fare richiesta di essere rimborsato secondo le indicazioni che saranno rese note dall’organizzazione. Sarà oggetto di rimborso il solo prezzo del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE decurtato di tutte le spese necessarie ai fini del rimborso. (La detrazione può variare da 10€ a 55€ in base al valore del servizio prenotato). Nel caso in cui l’organizzazione si avvalesse della facoltà di non procedere al rimborso del diritto di prevendita incluso nel prezzo del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE, l’importo non rimborsato in quanto relativo a tale diritto non eccederà comunque oltre il 12% del prezzo complessivo del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK provvederà alle operazioni di rimborso, nella misura nelle tempistiche e nelle modalità stabilite dallo stesso. Salvo diversa indicazione dell’organizzatore, se previste ove necessarie saranno a carico del Portatore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE le spese di spedizione per l’invio della richiesta di rimborso. L’organizzazione è responsabile unicamente del rimborso del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE qualora pagato totalmente, esonerandosi da qualsiasi altro costo o spesa sostenuta dal portatore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE.
16. ANNULLAMENTO EVENTO CAUSA FORZA MAGGIORE: In caso di forza maggiore o, comunque, per motivi indipendenti dalla volontà dell’organizzatore, la data e la location della manifestazione possono essere modificate e trasferite o eventualmente la  manifestazione può essere del tutto sospesa. Nel caso di trasferimento della data ed eventuale location, l’organizzazione si riserva di congelare la prenotazione e la quota versata fino ad un massimo di 120 giorni e se inutilizzata provvederà al rimborso nelle modalità e nelle condizioni riportate in fase di richiesta di rimborso come da regolamento. Ad ogni modo dove si preveda un rimborso l’organizzazione è responsabile del solo TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. Nei casi dove richiesto un servizio aggiuntivo come ad esempio una camera in Hotels, sarà cura dell’organizzazione farsi carico di contattare la struttura alberghiera e fare richiesta di rimborso dei servizi aggiuntivi per conto del partecipante. L’organizzatore si ritiene sin da subito esonerata da ogni responsabilità riguardo le decisioni finali e le condizioni di annullamento stabilite dai partner come Hotels, Artisti, Fornitori ecc, rimandando alle condizioni generali stabilite da ogni singolo partner che saranno rese note al partecipante sotto richieste prima di acquistare un qualunque servizio o TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. 
17. SPOSTAMENTO DATA EVENTO CAUSA FORZA MAGGIORE: In caso di forza maggiore o, comunque, per motivi indipendenti dalla volontà dell’Organizzatore, la data della manifestazione può essere cambiata o in taluni casi la Manifestazione può venire del tutto sospesa. I partecipanti esonerano l’organizzatore da responsabilità per eventuali danni diretti ed indiretti di qualsivoglia tipo, che il partecipante abbia riportato a causa della soppressione o del cambiamento di date della manifestazione, ai quali rinunciano fin d’ora. La somma versata sarà congelata e utilizzata per la prossima edizione dell’evento che dovrà avvenire nell’arco di 120 giorno data in cui il congelamento scade e le somme versate dovranno essere restituite sotto richiesta da parte del portatore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE facendone richiesta ai link indicati dall’organizzatore. Ai più fedeli i quali richiedessero un VOUCHER e non il ROMBORSO, l’organizzatore provvederà a fornire un benefit aggiuntivo rispetto alla quota versata, il benefit sarà stabilito e indicato durante la richiesta di rimborso. 
18. CONSENSO AL TRATTAMENTO dei DATI PERSONALI COMUNI NON SENSIBILI e DELL’IMMAGINE PERSONALE: Il partecipante, ad ogni effetto di legge e regolamento, ed in particolare ai sensi dell’art.13 del D.Lgs.196/2003, dichiara di aver letto l’informativa che precede, fornita da DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK, e di prestare il proprio libero, consapevole, informato, specifico ed incondizionato consenso al trattamento dei dati svolto ed alla comunicazione dei dati stessi alle categorie di soggetti sopra indicati. Inoltre autorizza l’uso della propria immagine personale in fotografie o filmati realizzati in occasione della manifestazione e di eventi sociali. Le foto e i video realizzati durante la manifestazione verranno utilizzati solo per la promozione del festival. I partecipanti acconsentono l’utilizzo e alla pubblicazione delle sue foto e video senza alcun compenso e nessuna pretesa. L’organizzazione si impegna a pubblicare solo foto non offensive.
19. RIMBORSI: Tutti i rimborsi delle quote versate subiranno un costo per spese amministrative da 10€ a 55€ in base al valore della pratica.
20. BRACCIALETTO: Durante l’accesso dei locali adibiti alla manifestazione, l’organizzatore provvederà a sostituire il TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE con un identificativo ad esempio UN BRACCIALETTO. Lo stesso dovrà essere mantenuto al polso per tutta la durata della manifestazione. Il braccialetto servirà ad identificare la persona che è già stata registrata, senza necessariamente controllare la sua identità per ogni suo accesso ai locali della manifestazione. Grazie al BRACCIALETTO IDENTIFICATIVO, il partecipante potrà entrare e uscire dai locali della manifestazione mostrandolo agli addetti al controllo. In caso di smarrimento del BRACCIALETTO IDENTIFICATIVO, il partecipante potrà essere obbligato dall’organizzatore ad abbandonare la location della manifestazione oppure a richiederne il pagamento del valore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE. Lo stesso trattamento potrà essere applicato a partecipanti i quali utilizzino TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE e/o BRACCIALETTI IDENTIFICATIVI che siano stati perduti, rubati, duplicati o ottenuti in contrasto con le regolari autorizzazioni alla partecipazione e alle presenti condizioni generali di contratto. Per evitare di essere allontanati dai locali della manifestazione o di dover effettuarne di nuovo il pagamento del suo intero valore, in caso di rottura del BRACCIALETTO IDENTIFICATIVO, è importante riportarlo presso il punto di registrazione della manifestazione e farselo sostituire. Per la sostituzione del BRACCIALETTO IDENTIFICATIVO sarà necessario presentare un documento di identità la ricevuta di versamento e una mail che attesti l’effettiva iscrizione alla manifestazione (TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE). L’organizzatore non sostituirà il TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE e/o BRACCIALETTO IDENTIFICATIVO nell’eventualità in cui esso risulti smarrito da altra persona, perduto, deteriorato, danneggiato o distrutto ovvero se lo stesso sia stato rubato, tagliato o risulti anche parzialmente illeggibile. 
21. POLITICA DI ACCESSO: Rispetta la politica di ingresso e indossa il braccialetto per tutto il tempo della manifestazione. I partecipanti sprovvisti di braccialetti, saranno accompagnati fuori dai locali della manifestazione. L’organizzatore attraverso i suoi organi di controllo si riserva il diritto di controllare la validità del braccialetto di ogni partecipante in qualsiasi momento e di accompagnare fuori dai locali della manifestazione i partecipanti sospetti di aver abusato delle regole di accesso all’area della manifestazione.
22. CONDIZIONE COVID-19: L’accesso alla manifestazione sarà possibile solo se il possessore del TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE è in possesso dei requisiti richiesti dalle autorità competenti e in regola con le vigenti normative anti covid-19 che sono attuali al momento della manifestazione come ad esempio la condizione (Vaccinati e/o Testati)(PCT). I partecipanti esonerano l’organizzatore da responsabilità per eventuali danni diretti ed indiretti di qualsivoglia tipo, che il partecipante abbia riportato a causa della impossibilità ad accedere nei locali della manifestazione, ai quali rinunciano fin d’ora a chiederne danni.
23. GENERALE: Anche nel caso in cui alcuna delle norme di cui alle presenti condizioni generali di contratto risulti inapplicabile, le altre continueranno ad avere piena efficacia. Il Contratto è soggetto alla legge Slovena. Si riterrà competente a decidere ogni e qualsiasi controversia nascente o comunque connessa con il Contratto e le presenti Condizioni Generali di Contratto il Foro di residenza dell’organizzazione Drustvo Pri Korak presso Capodistria Slovenia. Le presenti condizioni generali di contratto, le varie regole indicate nelle varie fasi del processo di vendita per via elettronica, quando applicabili, e le avvertenze su qualsiasi mezzo di comunicazione o sul TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE costituiscono l’intero accordo contrattuale tra il Partecipante e Drustvo Pri Korak.
24. QUOTE DI PARTECIPAZIONE: Le quote di partecipazione corrispondono al costo del servizio scelto e dalla quota versata dal partecipante. Le quote di partecipazione sono soggette a variazioni, aumenti e sconti durante tutto il periodo antecedente alla manifestazione.
25. FASE DI ACQUISTO: La fase di acquisto è il momento in cui il potenziale partecipante verifica costi, condizioni e termini di partecipazione alla manifestazione, accettandone le condizioni in ogni sua parte e confermandole all’atto del versamento della quota di partecipazione.
26. BIGLIETTI OMAGGIO E SCONTATI: I biglietti omaggiati o scontati, sono nominali, non cedibili e non rivendibili. Devono essere autorizzati e registrati attraverso i sistemi digitali nel sito della manifestazione o attraverso un incaricato diretto dell’organizzazione che ne attesti l’effettiva conferma di registrazione. I biglietti scontati non saranno validati se registrati entro 24 ore dall’estrazione o emissione dello sconto. Tutti i TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE vinti tramite giochi o premi, non possono essere venduti o trasferiti ad un’altra persona. Il nome del vincitore sarà segnato nell’elenco della manifestazione entro le 24 ore dalla consegna del premio o il gioco saranno completati al massimo entro il giorno successivo alla estrazione. Tutti i nominativi pervenuti in ritardo al giorno successivo non saranno validati. Quindi solo il vincitore può ritirare il suo TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE.
27. SERVIZI ALBERGHIERI: I servizi alberghieri sono offerti e gestiti da agenzie partner o direttamente dalle strutture alberghiere. I termini e le condizioni di rimborso sono rimandati agli accordi commerciali stabiliti dalle strutture convenzionate. I termini possono cambiare per ogni data della manifestazione. I termini e le condizioni di rimborso sono a disposizione su richiesta del cliente, qualora voglia visionarli prima di qualsiasi acquisto. Il partecipante, ad ogni effetto di legge e regolamento, ed in particolare ai sensi dell’art.13 del D.Lgs.196/2003, dichiara di aver letto l’informativa che precede, fornita da DRUŠTVO PRVI KORAK, e di prestare il proprio libero, consapevole, informato, specifico ed incondizionato consenso al trattamento dei dati svolto ed alla comunicazione dei dati stessi alle categorie di soggetti sopra indicati. Il partecipante con il versamento accetta si da subito tutte le condizioni e le clausole di rimborso senza nulla pretendere dopo l’acquisto.
28. ISCRIZIONI E BIGLIETTI: La vendita online tramite promotori termina 7 giorni lavorativi antecedenti alla manifestazione. Dopo tale data non saranno più possibili cancellazioni o altre modifiche. Dopo tale data non ci saranno eccezioni perché tutte le registrazioni saranno in fase di elaborazione. L’unico modo per ottenere un abbonamento o un biglietto dopo tale data è farlo all’ingresso della manifestazione.
29. PAGAMENTO DEL TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE: Tutte le registrazioni online devono essere pagate a mezzo bonifico o carta di credito all’organizzazione o al promotore entro 3 giorni dalla registrazione. Se il promotore non conferma il pagamento entro 3 giorni, la registrazione verrà cancellata e nel caso pena, la consecutiva perdita del prezzo promozionale. È possibile effettuare una nuova registrazione con una data valida secondo i termini al giorno della prenotazione. In caso di pagamenti a mezzo bonifico bancario, si tenga presente che il trasferimento richiede almeno 2/3 giorni lavorativi.
30. UPGRADE / AGGIORNAMENTO DEL TITOLO DI PARTECIPAZIONE: L’aggiornamento può essere effettuato al massimo fino 7 giorni lavorativi prima della data della manifestazione contattattando l’organizzatore e/o il promotore. Il downgrade non è possibile.
31. DESK DI REGISTRAZIONE: Tutti i TITOLI DI PARTECIPAZIONE e/o BRACCIALETTO IDENTIFICATIVO acquistati devono essere ritirati al desk della manifestazione con documento di identità valido con foto.
32. COMPORTAMENTO E SICUREZZA: Tutti i partecipanti al festival sono tenuti a comportarsi in modo tale da non pregiudicare la salute e la sicurezza degli altri e ad aderire alle regole e ai regolamenti di sicurezza forniti in qualsiasi momento dall’organizzazione.
33. RIFIUTO E ALLONTANAMENTO DEL PARTECIPANTE: Chiunque trasporti oggetti proibiti come alcol, droghe, armi da fuoco, armi, esplosivi, altri oggetti pericolosi e indumenti e qualsiasi altro oggetto, cosa o comportamento che possa danneggiare l’incolumità di se stesso e degli altri partecipanti. Qualsiasi persona che agisce in modo offensivo, aggressivo e provocatorio sarà invitato ad uscire dai locali della manifestazione e consegnato agli organi di competenza.
34. PULMAN: tutti i servizi extra come anche il servizio navetta o Pulman sono forniti da un partner esterno. Il partecipante esonera sin da subito l’organizzazione per ogni danno subito in fase di utilizzo del servizio. Anche in caso di disdette si rimanda alle condizioni generali di cancellazione da parte del fornitore che variano di volta in volta. Ma che possono essere richiesti dal Partecipante in fase di acquisto dello stesso.
